RSF Website Is Blocked Again in China

The Chinese censors are back to their same old shenanigans, now taking aim at one of their favorite targets.

Reporters without Borders informs that its main website has been blocked again in China, after being accessible since Aug. 1. The human rights group says in that period of time, some 13,000 Internet users in China visited the site.

Perhaps this is what the Chinese bosses meant by eliminating their "relaxed reporting rules."
